GAMMAUP is committed to providing a high-quality academic preparation experience. In order to preserve the quality of classes, the small size of study groups, and the availability of digital resources, the following provisions have been established.
Nature of the Enrollment Process: Enrollment is formalized through the submission of the enrollment form together with proof of payment (bank transfer or deposit, Yape, or Plin). Access to the platforms and materials, as well as the final confirmation of the spot, is granted only after GAMMAUP has manually verified said proof of payment. For this reason, no refund shall proceed once the payment has been verified and the spot confirmed.
The verification process is governed by the following conditions:
It is acknowledged that unforeseen circumstances may arise (time constraints, connectivity issues, changes in admission plans); however, once the payment has been verified and the spot confirmed, GAMMAUP will have already allocated the operational resources for the student's preparation, which renders the processing of subsequent refunds unfeasible.
Outside of this circumstance, and in accordance with Section 01, no refund shall proceed for any other reason, including voluntary withdrawal, personal circumstances, or changes in admission plans.
Each applicant's progress, mock exams, and grades are securely linked to their identity. As a general rule, the account and access granted are strictly personal and non-transferable.
Exceptional transfer: the transfer of ownership of the spot to a family member or fellow applicant shall be permitted, provided the formal request is submitted with a minimum of five (5) calendar days' notice prior to the start date of classes. This procedure entails an administrative fee of S/ 50.00 (fifty soles) for the setup of the new account.
